everything's on a national day sale I WANT I WANT I WANT.

my family is upstairs singing karaoke.
i can't believe it.
i thought it was my neighbours and was browsing through the newspaper laughing at them.
i mean with songs from abba, and here we go round the mulberry bush, WHO CANT?!
then i decided to go up and lo and behold, it's actually my sisters and dad singing.
someone kill me.
national day eve was friggin screwed up.
the performance was not up to standard.
and the results even more so.
i wonder what the results were based on, like, hello, turn them around and there you have your proper rankings.
wedding crashers.
the woman at the counter gave us 10.20 tickets when we were there at 10.30.
AND when we asked for 12.40 tickets.
so when we went in at 12.40, guess what?
someone had our seats!
and we made so much noise haha laughing going in talking to the row behind us, so happy they're behind us so we can turn around to laugh at them and what not.
THEN made even more noise finding out why other people were in our seats.
THEN after making all that noise, we had to walk out.
wahlao eh.
so we had to watch the 3 oclock show.
during the period in between in which we were extremely disgruntled because not being able to watch the 12.40 show totally spoilt our uh.festive mood.
then at 3 when watching, the SAME thing happened to another group of people.
they had bought tickets for the 3oclock show, but were given 12.40 tickets.
I SWEAR EVERYONE SHOULD BOYCOTT CINE.
HOW CAN THIS KINDA SHITE HAPPEN TWICE IN ONE DAY HUH.

WE SHOULD ALL GO AND COMPLAIN AND THEY SHOULD GIVE US FREE MOVIE PASSES FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND IS SCREWED UP BIG TIME.
after all, weren't they emphasising on better customer service in the papers today.
so there GIVE ME MY FREE PASS.
and today i found out, that group of people is cx and company.
and they got a refund on their tickets which we weren't able to get.
which is totally unfair because how can they treat different people differently based on the time we complain or show attitude?
BOYCOTT BOYCOTT BOYCOTT hoho.
or will someone help me draft a complain letter to send in.

well, for the vast majority of it anyway.
i mean just look at that.

but they're cool our batch's a cool batch.
