second day of school
first day of proper lessons

2nd day of climbing 3 storeys.

good job val.u did more than half the 2 groups of 10*200.
everyone clap very loudly.
in fact i did ALL of the first grp of 10*200.
and swam 3 of the next.
cos we only had to 5 fast ones.so i did 3 fast ones.

unlike SOME SLACKERS WHO WENT TO MACS while we did the first set.
